Insani sehat ke liye pani ki bohat zeyada ehmiyat hai. Pani ke munasab istamal se chehry ki khubsorti mein bhi azafa kiya ja sakta hai khawateen chehry ki jild ko saf sotrah aur shadab banany ke liye tarah tarah ke jatan karti hai taham sirf pani ke chand galas wo kam kar sakty hain jin ke liye khawateen mehngy lostion aur creamy istamal karti hai pani hamari jild ko qudarti nami farahm karta hai aur lostion ya dighar maoshraizarz se hasil hony wali nami is ka muqabla nahi kar sakti, is maqsad ke liye waqfy waqfy se pani piny ki adat bana le. Pani se chehra dhona bhi jild ki tarotazgi mein azafa karta hai gharmiyon ke mousam mein din mein kam z kam 5 bar thandy pani se chehra dhoye, agar ap ki jild chikni hai tou phir is se bhi zeyada bar dhona mufeed rahy ga.
